Sea angling tours from a small fishing village located in North-Iceland.
Niels Jonsson EA-106 is basically a traditional unmodified 30 ton fishing boat, built of oak in 1973. It has enjoyed good maintenance, and is both spacious and comfortable.
Professional fishermen operate the boat, and since 1989 they have used it for conducting.
The owner is Mr. Arni Halldorsson a very experienced fisherman and sea angler. He has won the Icelandic trophy in sea angling many times. We operate the tours in Eyjafjordur which offers very good shelter for sea angling.
The boat is suitable for 10-12 sea anglers at the same time. We offer good facilities for filleting and packing the fish.
The anglers will be accommodated in summerhouses nearby. Every summerhouse has kitchen facilities and a hot pot. Participants can choose between self-catering and full board.
To be able to offer quality type of product, we keep the maximum number to only 12 participants
Hauganes is only 20 minutes drive from Akureyri, the capitol of North Iceland.
Every tour starts at 09:00 and we are back at 15:00
Hunting season: May, June, July, August September.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Monday. Europe-Iceland by flight. Pick up at Keflavik Airport, transfer to the domestic airport in Reykjavik and a 40 minutes flight to Akureyri. Transfer to Hauganes.
Day 2 Tuseday: Sea angling
Day 3 Wednesday: Sea angling
Day 4 Thursday: Sea angling
Day 5 Friday: Sea angling
Day 6 Saturday: Sea angling
Day 7: Sunday: Morning transfer to Akureyri Airport and 40 minutes flight to Reykjavik and afternoon flight from Keflavik to Europe/USA.
